Astrall Dynamics is based in Shenzhen and builds four-legged robots for operations where humans face high risk. The company is stepping up its presence in Europe starting in 2026, first at the INTERSCHUTZ firefighting trade fair in Hannover in June, then at IFA in Berlin in early September.
The flagship is the Hypertron-T01, a 82-kilogram four-legged robot that carries up to 80 kilograms during operation and holds 200 kilograms while stationary. It is powered by proprietary axial flux modules with dual encoders and 300 newton-meters of peak torque. Equipment includes two 192-line lidar sensors, a depth camera, and IP66 protection rating. Particularly noteworthy is the integrated fire suppression technology: a permanently mounted water cannon delivers 20 liters per second with a range of 60 meters. Operators can connect custom attachments via SDK, CAN, RS485, and Ethernet.
Most robot dogs on the market are reconnaissance devices—they observe and report. Astrall Dynamics takes a step further by allowing the robot to intervene directly. According to the manufacturer, series delivery to Chinese grid operator China Southern Power Grid has been completed, with orders from abroad now possible. The profile is interesting for European fire departments and utilities, though the question of approval documentation for the European market remains open.
