Listing is free. No commission up to CHF 5'000. Above that a fair tiered rate of 8 % → 4 % — and always clearly cheaper than the big platforms.

For comparison: With Ricardo (12 %) that would be CHF 6'000,on eBay (≈11.6 %) CHF 5'800.
Based on the principle of tax progression: the price is split into « tiers », and each tier gets its own rate. The whole amount is not charged at a single rate.
Example: sale for CHF 50'000
Marginal commission = the rate on the highest tier (top 8 %, bottom 4 %). Effective rate = what you actually pay in the end (commission ÷ price). The two differ because the lower tiers are charged more.

What does listing cost?
Nothing. Posting a listing on robothub24 is always free — you only pay a commission if you actually sell.
When does commission apply?
Only from a sale price above CHF 5'000. Anything below is completely free. Above CHF 5'000, only the share above this threshold is charged on a tiered basis.
Why does the rate fall as the price rises?
So that high-value robots stay fair. The commission is calculated tier by tier (like tax progression): the lowest tier at 8 %, each higher tier at a lower rate, down to 4 %. A cheaper sale therefore never costs more than a more expensive one.
Who pays the commission — buyer or seller?
The seller, after the sale. The robot purchase price itself is settled directly between buyer and seller.
And for very expensive robots above CHF 200'000?
Here we recommend processing via our escrow service at an individual price — for maximum security on both sides.
