Privacy Policy

This privacy policy meets the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Payment data (processed exclusively by Payrexx, not stored by robothub24)
• Delivery address (only for the respective transaction)
• Communication via in-app messaging

• IP address (anonymised after 24 hours)
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and click behaviour (only with your consent via Google Analytics)
• Error messages (via Sentry, without personal content)

• Handling of transactions and escrow payments
• Sending of transactional emails
• Fraud detection and platform security
• Improvement of our services
• Fulfilment of legal obligations

4. Third-party providers

Payrexx (payment processing)

Payments are processed via Payrexx AG (Tägerwilen, Switzerland). The payment data is processed directly by Payrexx and not stored by robothub24. payrexx.com/de/datenschutz

Cloudflare R2 (data storage)

Images and media are stored on Cloudflare R2 (data centre in Europe). No data transfer to third countries without an adequate level of protection takes place.

Resend (email delivery)

Transactional emails are sent via Resend, Inc. Resend has standard contractual clauses (SCC) in accordance with the GDPR.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, for anonymous audience measurement. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes, among other things, your shortened IP address in order to analyse how the site is used. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google relies on standard contractual clauses for this. Measurement only starts after you have agreed to the Statistics category in the cookie banner and can be revoked at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Own audience measurement (cookieless)

We additionally measure reach with our own cookieless method. No cookies are set and no data is shared with third parties. From the IP address and browser characteristics a daily-rotating, non-reversible value is derived that serves only to count page views and approximate visitor numbers. The raw IP address is not stored. No consent is required.

Sentry (error monitoring)

Technical errors are logged anonymously via Sentry. Personal data is masked before transmission.

Anthropic (AI search)

For the AI-assisted search, the entered search terms are transmitted to Anthropic (Claude) for processing. No account or profile data is transmitted.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights under the Swiss FADP (and, where applicable, the GDPR):

• Right of access: information about the data stored about you
• Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: deletion of your data, unless a legal retention obligation applies
• Right to object: objection to the processing of your data
• Data portability: export of your data in a common format

• User data: until account deletion + 30 days
• Transaction data: 10 years (statutory retention obligation under the CO)
• Log files: 90 days
• Backup data: 30 days rolling

8. Cookies

robothub24.ch uses technically necessary cookies (session cookie for login) that are required for the operation of the platform. Should optional cookies be used in future, an FADP/GDPR-compliant cookie consent banner will be displayed.

Artificial intelligence and automated decisions

We use artificial intelligence to create and prepare content and to support the search function. For the AI-assisted search, the entered search terms are transmitted to our service provider Anthropic; no account or profile data is transmitted. AI-assisted content is reviewed editorially before publication.

No solely automated decision within the meaning of Article 21 of the Swiss Data Protection Act that has legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you is made.
