About the Company

Overview

VinRobotics was founded on November 20, 2024 in Hanoi and is a subsidiary of Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup. The startup capital amounts to approximately 41.5 million US dollars. The company develops all core technologies of its humanoid robot completely in-house, from mechanics to control software.

Technology and Products

The VR-H3 is Vietnam's first industrially viable humanoid and was unveiled in June 2026 at ICRA in Vienna and at COMPUTEX Taipei. It features more than 31 actuators, two onboard edge computers, and can carry loads of 6 to 8 kilograms. Additionally, there are the models VR-M3 and VR-H5, as well as robot hands and actuators as standalone components. The VR-M3 source code is publicly accessible.

Market Significance

VinRobotics pursues a deliberate open strategy to engage a global developer community. The global debut at two leading international events in June 2026 puts Vietnam on the map of humanoid robotics. The company is still very young, but demonstrates unusually rapid development speed.
