Nachi Robotics is the robotics division of Nachi-Fujikoshi Corp., founded in 1928 in Toyama, Japan, as a manufacturer of cutting tools. Today, the group is also active in bearings, hydraulics, and specialty steels. Since 1969, industrial robots have been developed and manufactured.
The portfolio ranges from classic industrial robots for welding, handling, and painting to collaborative robot arms. Nachi is regarded as one of the few suppliers that largely manufacture core components such as gearboxes, motors, and control systems in-house, which enables strict quality control.
As one of the established Japanese robot manufacturers, Nachi Robotics competes directly with Fanuc, Yaskawa, and Kawasaki. Its integration into the diversified group Nachi-Fujikoshi ensures access to manufacturing depth and long-standing process expertise. The company has been active in Europe for decades.
