In the first half of 2026, between 19,100 and just over 22,000 humanoid robots were delivered worldwide, more than in the entire year 2025. Over 97 percent come from China, with AgiBot and Unitree together holding three-quarters of the market. However, Chinese industry associations report almost twice as much, and whether the robots are working or demonstrating is disputed.
