Overview

The Zerith H1 is a wheeled service robot from Zerith AI, unveiled in June 2025. It is designed for hotel room cleaning, from bathroom sanitization through vacuuming to restocking consumables and waste disposal.

Design

The robot combines a height-adjustable body with a reach from zero to 220 centimeters, 23 degrees of freedom, and an arm length of just under 800 millimeters. Its omnidirectional wheel drive ensures stable movement even in narrow corridors, elevators, and cluttered rooms. This allows it to bend down to pick items from the floor, place toiletries on shelves, or arrange shoes.

Technology and AI

The software runs on ROS2 and integrates 3D LiDAR, depth cameras, and articulated motors for precise navigation and manipulation. Two Intel Core i7 processors serve as the computational backbone, enabling autonomous cleaning and restocking without human intervention.

Market Significance

Zerith was founded in January 2025 and supported by Tsinghua University and the Jianghuai Advanced Technology Center, with personnel from companies such as Baidu, ByteDance, and Midea. Orders have exceeded 100 million Yuan according to the company, and the H1 is deployed at multiple locations in China, including Beijing and Shenzhen.
