1 / 3The compact biped for learning and programming. 95 cm, around 20 kg, in four configurations.
The K1 is built as an entry point into humanoid robotics, for classrooms, courses, and competitions, not as a demonstration device. At ninety-five centimeters and around twenty kilograms, one person can carry it; twenty-two powered joints enable it to move through space on two legs, and each joint has two sensors, which keeps control clean even when someone runs their own code on it. That's exactly the point: control, perception, and movement are open, the device comes with a depth camera, inertial measurement unit, and microphone array, and the manufacturer explicitly supports development of custom routines. At RoboCup 2026, thirty-eight of fifty-nine teams in the humanoid leagues used Booster devices, and all three championship titles went to teams with Booster robots. The difference between the four configurations lies not in the mechanics, but in the processor, battery, and warranty.

Good to know
The Geek configuration is deliberately minimal: small battery and three months warranty. For a classroom working every week, that's insufficient; at least Geek Upgrade is needed there; for custom AI work, the Edu configuration. Booster does not offer retrofitting of the compute module.
