The following list contains items, devices and content that may not be offered, sold or distributed on robothub24. It is in accordance with section 2.4 of the Terms & Conditions integral part of this and is updated on an ongoing basis. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, and legal action.
1. Weapons and military systems
Weapons, weapon parts, ammunition and essential weapon components as defined by the Weapons Act (WG)
Armed or weaponizable robots, drones and combat systems
Military systems and war material according to the War Material Act (KMG)
2. Export-controlled and dual-use goods
Dual-use goods according to the Foreign Trade Act (GKG) that are offered without the required authorization from SECO
Goods and technologies subject to Swiss sanctions or embargoes
3. Surveillance and espionage equipment
Devices primarily intended for covert listening, observation or recording (cf. Art. 179bis et seq. StGB)
Robots or components intended for unlawful surveillance of persons
4. Illegally obtained or contaminated goods
Stolen, embezzled or unlawfully acquired goods
Leased, security-assigned or items encumbered with third-party rights without disposal authority
Counterfeit products and goods that infringe third-party trademarks, patents or copyrights
5. Security and compliance deficiencies
Radio equipment without valid conformity (CE / BAKOM)
High-power lasers, radioactive sources, hazardous materials, and other dangerous substances without required approval
Medical and surgical robots without required approval (Swissmedic)
6. Data, software and intellectual property
Devices with undeleted personal data or third-party trade secrets
Software, firmware or tools for circumventing license or copy protection
Content that violates applicable law (e.g. illegal, racist or violence-glorifying content)
7. Platform abuse
Multiple or duplicate listings of the same item
Listings for circumventing platform fees (off-platform transactions)
Misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete offers
