Overview
The H1-2 is the revised version of the H1 humanoid from Unitree Robotics. Compared to the H1, it features improved manipulation capabilities and additional degrees of freedom in its joints.
Construction
The H1-2 stands approximately 180 centimeters tall and weighs between 70 and 73 kilograms, noticeably more than the lighter H1. Each arm has seven degrees of freedom, each leg has six, plus one hip axis, totaling 27 degrees of freedom.
Technology and AI
The joints are driven by the Unitree M107 motor and achieve 360 Newton-meters of torque. Like the H1, a 360-degree depth system using 3D lidar and depth camera provides environmental data. For control and perception, a platform based on Intel Core processors is available, optionally supplemented with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module for AI tasks. The battery capacity is 864 watt-hours and is quickly swappable.
Market Significance
As a more powerful variant with industrial-grade design, the H1-2 targets more demanding research and application scenarios.
