Description
The mobile service robot with bionic face. 1.70 m, 70 kg, over 56 axes.
The W1 is the only device from Noetix that moves independently through a room. The upper body, arms, and bionic head sit on a chassis, together comprising over fifty-six axes. For navigation, it comes equipped with laser scanner, 3D camera, ultrasound, attitude sensor, and infrared sensors; the battery lasts six to eight hours. It is designed for reception, guided tours, and information services in museums, administrative buildings, and larger entrance halls—tasks where someone greets visitors, provides explanations, and shows the way.
Delivery: The W1 is sold out through 2026 and will be available again from 2027. We are happy to accept advance reservations.

Good to know
Noetix provides no warranty ex works. A defective unit must be returned to China at your own expense. We compensate for this with support services that you can add here, and we tell you about it upfront rather than after. The current version of the W1 has no CE marking; Noetix will only certify the next generation (such as the W3). In Switzerland, therefore, only the successor model will be available. Seventy kilograms on a chassis that moves independently: to operate with public access in Switzerland, you as the operator must conduct a hazard assessment for the specific location of use.
