Zeus 1 is a mobile humanoid robot from PL-Universe, based in Suzhou, designed for industrial manufacturing. The heavy-duty system is intended to handle multiple tasks on a single platform.

Construction

Zeus 1 has an adjustable height ranging from 1.6 to 1.9 meters and weighs approximately 300 kilograms. Battery runtime exceeds eight hours, with a speed of more than 2.3 meters per second. The end effectors are modular, allowing switching between grippers, dexterous hands, and electric drills.

Technology and AI

The robot performs dual-arm coordinated operations and can be integrated into MES and unloading systems. According to the manufacturer, Zeus 1 tightens four high-precision screws in twelve seconds with positioning accuracy of only plus or minus 0.05 millimeters.

Market Significance

Zeus 1 covers material transport, assembly, inspection, and packaging, and is intended to enable manufacturers to cover multiple roles with a single platform.
