Description

The bionic head in Ultra configuration, with thirty axes in face and neck. 40.5 cm, 7.5 kg, mains powered.

The X-Head 1 is not a robot that moves, but a face that responds. In the Ultra configuration, thirty axes beneath a skin of platinum silicone create gaze, facial expressions, and lip movements. A camera in the base recognizes where the person facing it is positioned and maintains eye contact during conversation; four microphones listen, and the lips move in real time to match speech. The underlying speech model can be swapped out, and with development access, replaced with your own. Its place is at reception, in museums, exhibitions: anywhere people need to be addressed and a full body is neither necessary nor desired. It runs on mains power, so there is no battery runtime.

Noetix provides no warranty ex-works. A defective unit must be returned to China at your own expense. We offset this with the support you can add here, and we tell you upfront rather than afterwards. CE marking for the X-Head 1 is in preparation at Noetix; no date has been set. We will not ship the head before that. It operates exclusively on mains power; battery operation is not provided. Delivery time is approximately five weeks, longer if facial design is customized.
